Lead and drive frontline investment sales performance across branches, developing sales strategies and providing coaching, training and market briefings. Support sales staff and customers through joint calls and portfolio reviews, and perform regulated Type 1 and 4 activities. Ensure service standards, resolve complex enquiries, and maintain audit and compliance control.
