Handles motor insurance claims mainly, plus other general insurance claims when required; assesses and investigates claims, meets service KPIs, and assists in compiling management reports. Requires two years' motor claims experience, automotive knowledge, IIQE Papers I & II, and English/Cantonese. Less experienced candidates may be considered as Assistant Claims Executive.
