Lead a team of analysts to establish and review the financial valuation framework, policies and procedures. Manage daily valuation operations, valuation models, mark-to-market and revaluation of fixed income products and derivatives. Advise senior management, participate in treasury system implementation and new product development, and implement IFRS9 hedge accounting and CVA/DVA.
