Provide legal advisory, structuring, transactional and regulatory support across the Bank's Markets businesses in Asia, focusing on ASEAN and South Asia. Work with Sales, Structuring, Trading and COO teams on financial markets products, documentation and regulatory matters. Manage external counsel and advise on disputes and restructuring scenarios.
