Assist the Head of PMO in enhancing governance and PMO methodology, adapting to Agile transformation and extending it to overseas branches. Govern project compliance, manage the PMO team, and prepare portfolio reports and dashboards for management. Provide consultancy on critical projects and review policies and procedures.
