Establishes and leads the Product Day 2 Governance Framework, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of enhancement requests, regulatory changes, operational improvements, risk remediation and system optimizations. Acts as central governance and delivery lead, ensuring prioritization, resource allocation and execution oversight across business and support functions.
