Assess and approve individual claims and complicated cases within authority, and prepare management reports for the Claims Department. Support the team leader in supervising staff, driving operational efficiency, and conducting data analysis and UAT for projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and reinsurers on product development and project delivery.
